Secretary

Diana Papagayo

I am Diana Papagayo, daughter of God, wife and mother. I am an economist with a Master’s degree in Social Intervention and a fellow of the Leadership for Bogotá program at the University of the Andes.

My professional experience began in a stockbrokerage firm, where I learned a lot about investments and the private sector. Later, I worked in centers of social appropriation of knowledge and research in science and technology, where I had the opportunity to work on projects of financial education and social appropriation of knowledge. This allowed me to meet communities in different regions of Colombia, to understand different realities and to approach the different ways of managing knowledge that people have in their contexts. Currently, I work in an Innovation and Productivity Center, where I coordinate the formulation and management of science, technology and innovation projects and accompany companies in their different innovation challenges.

I am very grateful to God for every one of His blessings, for giving me the opportunity to know Jesus, and for giving me the best gift of all, salvation. I continue to work to know more about His Kingdom, to teach my daughter, and to embrace all that being a daughter of God entails. Knowing God has allowed me to face situations from a faith approach, understanding that God has a purpose in my life, it has been a path full of learning, highs and lows, but always from His hand that has allowed me to grow in many areas.

Currently, I am part of the church Iglesia Cristiana Betel Camino al Cielo, where I am part of the leadership team in the ministries of worship, Sunday school, and I exercise the role of secretary in the General Assembly.

These scenarios have allowed me to strengthen my skills in leadership, research methodology, communication and project management, which I believe can contribute to Pazsos in its missionary approach. Also, my role as Ana Isabella’s mother has given me another perspective that complements my training; every day I learn a lot from her, and she shows me many aspects of my personal and spiritual life that I need to improve.
