Why this matters?
Have you ever wondered why aid to fight poverty often ends up in the same places?
A big part of the problem is that many proposed solutions don’t have lasting impact. This often happens because projects are designed externally—by people who assume they know better what communities need and how to solve their problems. On top of that, most approaches focus primarily on material needs, neglecting the deeper, non-material roots of poverty that also need to be addressed…
At Pazsos International, we offer a holistic alternative to poverty alleviation in Latin America. We ensure that project funds have a direct impact on the communities they’re meant to serve. We believe that working with communities—not for them—is the most effective way to create meaningful and sustainable change.
We also address both the material and non-material needs of each community, equipping and empowering them through biblical principles that lead to a full and abundant life in the love of Jesus.
Collaborative and Sustainable Work with Communities
We use a collaborative and community-led approach to co-create solutions designed to last and create long-term impact.
Leadership and Organizational Strengthening
We invest in the growth and capacity of local leaders and organizations, equipping them with organizational skills to drive lasting change from within.
Direct Funding for Tangible Needs
We provide resources for immediate and material needs, ensuring that communities have the tools to thrive today while building for tomorrow.
Biblical Principles for the Intangible Roots of Poverty
We address the spiritual, relational, and systemic dimensions of poverty, guided by biblical values that affirm love, dignity, justice, and hope.
